1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently deliver across India to all major cities and serviceable pin codes covered by our courier partners.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) service is available for select locations, based on courier partner availability.
- For bulk or B2B orders, our logistics team will coordinate customized delivery schedules.

3. Order Processing Time
- All regular orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Since our products are handcrafted ceramics, some made-to-order or limited-edition pieces may require 5–7 business days for preparation before dispatch.
- You will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp notification once your order has been dispatched.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days across India after dispatch.
- Metro cities may receive orders earlier, while remote locations may take longer due to courier coverage.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to weather conditions, festivals, or logistics delays beyond our control.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier partner link.
- You can track your shipment status anytime using the provided tracking details.
- If you face any issues in tracking or delays, our customer support team will assist you promptly.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
- COD is available for orders between ₹799 and ₹5000, subject to location serviceability.
- Customers must ensure someone is available to make the payment at the time of delivery.
- Repeated refusals of COD orders may result in the deactivation of COD option for future purchases.
- COD availability depends on the courier partner’s service area.
7. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and warehouse location. Don’t worry—there will be no extra delivery charges for multiple shipments within a single order.
8. Delivery Guidelines
- Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and pincode are accurate during checkout.
- Our delivery partners will make three delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
- Refunds or re-delivery requests for returned orders due to incorrect addresses or non-availability may incur additional shipping costs.
9. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement by emailing care@rnsglobalceramics.com.
- Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
10. Packaging & Handling
- All ceramic products are securely packed using shock-resistant and eco-friendly materials to minimize breakage during transit.
- Our packaging process includes multiple protection layers to ensure safe delivery of fragile items.
11. International Shipping
