Each piece is individually handcrafted, which means slight variations in shape, glaze, or color may occur — these are natural characteristics of handmade ceramics and not considered defects.
However, we understand that certain situations may require a return or exchange, and we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully before making a request.
1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
You may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or broken during transit.
- The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
- The wrong product was delivered.
Important:
To process any return or exchange, customers must provide an unboxing video of the product clearly showing the damage or incorrect item upon delivery. Requests made without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
2. Non-Eligible Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products damaged due to mishandling or improper use after delivery.
- Items showing signs of use, stains, or alterations.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Products purchased during clearance sales or from third-party marketplaces.
3. Timeframe for Return or Exchange Request
- All return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible.

- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear photos and an unboxing video of the product and packaging

4. Return and Exchange Process
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will arrange a pickup for the damaged or incorrect item.
- The product must be packed securely in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoices.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will either:
- Ship a replacement (if stock is available), or
- Issue a refund (if replacement is not possible).
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in the following situations:
- A replacement product is unavailable.
- The order was canceled by our team due to stock or logistics issues.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
6. Return Shipping and Costs
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will bear the return shipping cost and arrange pickup.
- For any other reason (if permitted), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
- We recommend ensuring the item is properly packed to avoid any damage during return transit.
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement by contacting us via email at care@rnsglobalceramics.com.
- Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- If canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Product on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Please record an unboxing video showing the package and product clearly.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the video and photos.
- Our support team will review and resolve the issue with priority.
9. Final Terms
- RNS Global Exports and Imports Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to deny a return or exchange request if the product does not meet the above conditions.
- This Return & Exchange Policy is subject to change without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on this page.
- All decisions made by the company regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds are final.
